CHECK&STRIPE is a popular fabric shop in Japan among Japanese sewing lovers. We offer carefully selected fabrics with taste and quality. We also deal with exclusive Liberty prints.
CHECK&STRIPE is proud to announce that we will have a workshop at a café in Chelsea Physic Garden this year for you to learn to make this pretty little drawstring bag with Liberty tana Lawn cotton (as in the photo above) by hand stitching!
You will start with the material partially prepared by us in advance, and there will be enough time for even the beginners to finish it up easily within the session. Luxury afternoon tea will be served to help the sewing process along!
Masako Nishiyama who is a famous handmade artist in Japan will be the instructor.
